Writing Tips Oasis

Writing Tips Oasis - A website dedicated to helping writers to write and publish books.

Meet Our New Novelicious Contributors!

By Novelicious

This post was originally published at Novelicious.com and is now at WritingTipsOasis.com. WritingTipsOasis.com acquired Novelicious.com in June 2022.

Earlier in the month we put out a call for new contributors and were overwhlemed by the fantastic response we got. We FINALLY picked our new team members and Me, Anna, Debs and Kira are super chuffed to introduce you to them…

Say hello!

Jules Absalom – Reviewer

Jules
Jules is a chronic book hoarder who loves to read, and thinks that books are the ultimate decorative feature in any home.

She lives with her husband in a small yet beautiful coastal village, but always finds the time to go back into the city for a regular Starbucks fix. As far as she is concerned coffee and great authors go hand in hand, some of Jules favourite Chick lit authors include Sophie Kinsella and more recently Clodagh Murphy.

She is lucky enough to not only share her house with mountains of books, but also two beautiful yet demanding dogs, a large black labradoodle and a tiny white toy Poodle. Although she wouldn't change them for the world she would on occasion love to have a 'sleep' button.

Cesca Martin – Reviewer

Cescabw
Cesca lives in a lovely little village in Berkshire in a cottage piled high with books.

She has a pretty eclectic taste… Jilly Cooper is happily nestled alongside Victoria Hislop, Tracy Chevalier and Philippa Gregory.

Other than reading Cesca can be found teaching History, writing books, painting decidedly mundane pictures, baking cupcakes or weeping over sad films.

She loves people to follow her around so her Twitter is ideal.

She will also befriend you on Facebook here!

If that's not enough contact you can always email her on cescareviewsbooks@hotmail.co.uk

Jenni Nock – Newsletter Editor

JenniOnlinePicbw
Jenni can't remember a time when she didn't love books. Not content with filling every spare inch of space of her parents' house with books she now lives in Aberystwyth, which reportedly has more books per person than anywhere else in the world, and is fulfilling her earliest dream of becoming a librarian.

Jenni's To-Be-Read pile is often threatening to tip over, and when it starts to look a little more stable she adds to it from her endless selection of bookmarked reviews and book lists. She reads most genres but is never far from a good chick lit title. Her favourite chick lit authors include Dorothy Koomson, Belinda Jones, Hester Browne and Clodagh Murphy.

When she's not reading Jenni can be founding blogging at Juniper's Jungle or on twitter as @juniperjungle. She also watches far too much telly and shares her thoughts on that at TV Canary

She is an aspiring author and hopes to finish her first draft sometime before the end of 2011.

Amanda Keats – Reviewer

Amandabw
Amanda is a 27 year old book and film buff from North London. When not reading or watching a film (or talking about it non-stop) she enjoys nights out with her gals, cooking and writing stories. A recovering vegetarian, she recently attempted to learn how to ice skate.

Her favourite book is Sister by Rosamund Lupton but she loves a mixture from Jane Austen to Audrey Niffenegger.

You can follow Amanda on Twitter at @filmvsbook or at her blog https://filmvsbook.blogspot.com/
