With all the success of erotica at the moment, we were excited to see that Ebury Publishing are relaunching the Black Lace Imprint. Black Lace has been publishing erotica for women for almost 20 years. And now it’s back.
This is what Gillian Green, Editorial Director for Fiction at Ebury Publishing told Debs Carr, ‘After E.L James, Black Lace remains the biggest name in erotic fiction and we’re thrilled to be relaunching our iconic imprint this year with new and classic titles that will appeal to a whole new generation of women readers.’
The first book, In Too Deep by Portia da Costa is out TODAY in paperback and ebook.
Here’s the blurb:
When young librarian Gwendolynne Price starts finding increasingly erotic love notes to her in the suggestion box at work, she finds them both shocking and liberating. But who is her mystery admirer and how long will he be content to just admire her from afar…?
The Dark Garden by Eden Bradley will be published on 13 September in paperback and ebook.
Here's the blurb:
When Rowan Cassidy meets Christian Thorne in an exclusive club, he challenges everything she’s ever believed about herself. He then makes an outrageous proposal: give herself over to him completely for thirty days and discover her most secret fantasies and her true nature.
There are other titles to look forward to in between these dates and more set to be released throughout the year.
What about you guys? Are you enjoying the resurgence of erotica? Have you read any?
