Time for a little bit of Monday motivation in the form of a writing prompt to ease us into the week. Continue the scene below and feel free to share your resulting work in the comments. It's a nondescript Monday evening and you're doing laundry. Only, when you open the linen cupboard door to put things away, you notice a never-before-seen passageway behind the stacks of sheets, pillowcases and dislodged wooden panels at the back. You decide to follow the cramped corridor down a spiral staircase to see where it leads but, curiously, as you tiptoe, you experience the odd and dizzying sensation of time slipping away. When you make it to the other side and step out into the light, you realise it was more than a mere sensation…
