If you’ve always fancied yourself a romance writer, now’s your chance to see if you have what it takes. Romance publishing giant Mills & Boon launched the Romance Writing Life competition yesterday, which will see one talented writer awarded the grand prize of a publishing contract, including both print and digital release. As an added bonus, the book will be jointly promoted by Kobo, Mills & Boon and WHSmith.
To enter, simply submit the first chapter of your manuscript – up to 5,500 words – and a synopsis via www.romancewritinglife.com before midnight July 13 2015.
The winning title might be an unpublished gem just completed by the author a week before submission, a self-published novel that’s already been enjoying some success digitally or just the first chapter of a new masterpiece. The competition is open to everyone who loves to write romantic stories.
Best of luck to those of you thinking of entering!
