1. Almonte Library
The idea for the Almonte Library was first realized after another library was temporarily housed in a shopping center in the Almonte community, while its initial location underwent renovations. Once the renovations were completed, the location continued to operate its services and officially became the Almonte Library in 2013.
The library offers its patrons computers that can be reserved for up to one hour and free Wi-Fi. People can also access printing services at a cost. 2. Champion Public Library
Champion Public Library is the central library of the Southern Oklahoma Library System and is located in Ardmore, Oklahoma. It is named after the Charles Champion family, who donated the land where the library stands today.
The library has free Wi-Fi and many computers for patrons to make use of. There’s also a 3D printer for patrons to utilize. The library features a number of programs for its community. Adults can attend computer training and crafting courses while children can attend Storytime and take part in summer reading challenges. 3. Bethany Library
The Bethany Library is located in Bethany, Oklahoma, and opened in January of 1965. It moved to its current location in 2019.
The library offers virtual access to its catalog so patrons can see if they have the reading materials they are looking for. There are also virtual library materials for people to access if they cannot make it to the library during normal operating hours. There are four meeting rooms available for reservations at the library, and four study rooms as well. 4. Central Library (Tulsa City-County Library)
The Central Library is located in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. Along with traditional library services, there’s a coffee shop for patrons to take advantage of.
It is possible to reserve 16 meeting rooms at the Central Library. It also features a recording studio, a play area for children, a digital literacy lab, a learning and creativity center, and a garden for kids. The first floor has a checkout station with laptop computers that can be used while in the library. A total of 24 laptops can be borrowed. There is a Maker Space at the library to try out Do It Yourself projects and practice creative endeavors. 5. Mustang Public Library
The Mustang Public Library is the only library in Mustang, Oklahoma. Its services are extremely accessible, even if you are away from the library. Patrons can text a number to chat with a librarian about any subject.
The library offers access to a kid’s catalog besides a main one. There are also virtual Storytimes for families to access. There are online resources which features a variety of references for historians and students to access. There is a virtual library that has E-books and more. 6. Warr Acres Library
The Warr Acres Library has served the surrounding community of Warr Acres, Oklahoma, since September of 1967.
The library’s catalog is available online – featuring all of its books, movies, and music. There is one meeting room available for patrons to reserve. Patrons can use public computers and Wi-Fi. The library offers one-on-one technology help for people who request it. There’s also a vast collection of local history materials and special collections. The El Reno Carnegie Public Library is located in El Reno Public Library and is named after Andrew Carnegie, an American industrialist who awarded grants to cities to help fund public libraries.

8. Kendall-Whittier Library
The Kendall-Whittier Library opened in the summer of 1931, but its current location opened in March of 2000. The library highlights its services to the local Hispanic population.
The library offers Wi-Fi and printing services. There are laptops available for in-library use. Organizations and patrons can reserve a meeting room that can sit up to fifty people. The library has an after-school club that will offer academic help for kids in grades 3-8.

9. Bartlesville Public Library
The Bartlesville Public Library opened in June of 1898 and was housed in a local citizen’s store. The current location opened in 1992. The library received national attention when a librarian was accused of Communist activity during the McCarthy era. There was a film made about the incident called Storm Center.

10. Ralph Ellison Library
The current building of the Ralph Ellison Library was opened to the public in 1975. It is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Computers are available for the public to use for up to one hour. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, and Chromebooks and internet hotspots can also be accessed.
