When you’re trying to come up with a fun and delicious date idea, you can’t go wrong with a chocolate making workshop. In this workshop for two, you get the opportunity to cut, dip and decorate your own chocolate creations under the watchful eye of an experienced chocolatier.
You’ll sample cocoa in its natural state and try a selection of different quality and exotically flavoured chocolate. You’ll then move on to melting and cooling before creating a giant chocolate button for judging. Last but not least, you’ll watch a demonstration on creating chocolate ganache – after which, you’ll set about making your own. Mmm chocolate ganache.
Impress one another with your kitchen skills or learn some new ones while getting a little messy and competitive over the bubbling saucepans during this truly romantic date.
